Clarity before copy
We work out the underlying position before writing a single headline. Copy that comes after clarity tends to need far fewer rounds of revision.
Positioning & Messaging Course
Most teams can list their features. Far fewer can explain, in one sentence, why a prospect should care about them instead of the next option. This course exists to close that gap, through structured workshops rather than generic templates.
Where most positioning goes wrong
Phrases like "innovative solutions" or "trusted partner" slide out of a brainstorm because they are safe and familiar. They also say almost nothing. Anyone in your category could put the same words on their homepage, and many already have. The course works from a different starting point: what is true about your offer that would not be true if a competitor said it instead?
We spend the sessions pulling that answer out through structured exercises, not slogans handed down from a workshop leader. By the end, your team leaves with language they wrote themselves, tested against real objections, and ready to use in a proposal, a landing page, or a sales call.
What shifts when you attend

Slide decks are forgiving. A skeptical prospect asking "so how are you different, really?" is not. We pressure-test your language against that exact moment.
Sales, product, and marketing often describe the same offer in three different ways. The workshops give everyone one version to work from.
We ask the uncomfortable follow-up questions in the room, so your team has already answered them before a client or investor does.
Two ways to talk about your offer
Fast to write, familiar to read, easy to ignore.
Slower to build, specific enough to remember.
Inside a session
Each session mixes short framing from a facilitator with long stretches of your team working out loud. We use physical boards, cards, and structured prompts rather than a fixed slide deck, because positioning work rarely moves in a straight line. Expect some sessions to end with more open questions than they started with. That is usually a sign the real conversation has begun.
